"İş Bankası Grants Permission for $5 Billion Bond or Bill Issuance Abroad"

Foreks - İş Bankası (IS:ISCTR) will issue fixed and/or variable rate bonds or bills in an amount up to a total of 5 billion US dollars or its equivalent in other currencies, intended for issuance abroad.

In a statement made to KAP, it was noted: "The Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A (IS:ISBTR).Ş. has authorized the General Directorate to carry out the necessary actions regarding the issuance of bonds or bills, including borrowing instruments that will be included in the capital adequacy calculation, possessing the characteristics specified in the Regulation on Banks' Equity."
