İş Bankası Grants Authority for Issuance of Mortgage-Backed Securities Up to 500 Million Euros Abroad

Forex - İş Bankası (IS:ISCTR) has authorized the General Directorate to carry out the necessary procedures for the issuance of Mortgage-Backed Securities abroad, up to the equivalent of 500 million euros or other currencies, including Turkish Lira.

In a statement made to KAP, it was noted: "With the decision of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A (IS:ISBTR).Ş., the General Directorate has been authorized to carry out the necessary procedures for issuing Mortgage-Backed Securities abroad, with fixed and/or variable interest rates to be determined according to market conditions at the time of issuance, totaling up to 500 million euros or the equivalent amount in other currencies, including Turkish Lira. In this context, applications for necessary annual permit renewals will be made to the Capital Markets Board and other relevant authorities."
